Designers rate their current working arrangement 5.57 out of 7 on average, the highest sentiment score across all categories, and 31.6% gave the maximum rating. Hybrid and remote models, once adopted, have settled into a stable, well-liked part of the design work experience.

67.2% of designers work extra hours beyond the standard work week, more than double the share reporting none. This section's data doesn't break the picture down by seniority, but the published report's company-level analysis found that directors and VPs work the longest hours of any seniority band, on average.
